About the Digital Staffing Pool

A matchmaking service for practices who may be struggling with sickness or other absences in their team, the DSP was set up as part of an NHS England pilot in 2021. At no cost, Practices can access our wider team of trained and vetted professionals, both clinical and non-clinical, to find cover for short term vacancies.
