About Footsteps

The Footsteps service closed at the end of 2025. 

If you need immediate support, please dial 999 or contact the Crisis team via 111. This support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
​The team at H&SH offer mental health and wellbeing appointments to young people aged 11 – 19. They are GP-led appointments only and are offered within the 7 Day Enhanced Access service. If you feel that this would benefit you, you can book an appointment by contacting your GP Practice.
