Hartlepool & Stockton Health is a GP Federation formed in 2016. We are very proud that our membership includes every Doctor’s surgery in the Hartlepool and Stockton area.  By working together as a group we can offer new and different services for our patients, delivered by the same local GP’s who are already looking after people living in our part of the world. Our funding comes from small investments by practices, and any profit that we are able to generate will be re-invested back into making local practices stronger and more resilient in order to keep improving services for patients.
