Since 2016, we have created 30 jobs for local people in our Head Office, which is based in Stockton. In addition, our team consists of over 400 GPs, Nurses, and a wide range of clinical and non-clinical professionals across our services. We also have 60 team members working in our Primary Care Network (PCN) partners, as part of the Additional Roles scheme.
Our Board consists of three GPs and one Practice Manager from our practices, who are elected by their peers every two years, as well as a full-time CEO and Director of Nursing. In 2024, as part of our governance structure, we created an Advisory Board made up of the seven Clinical Directors from the PCNs in Hartlepool and Stockton.
We are also very proud of our Federation Clinical Lead team of 20 talented GPs and Nurses with special interests. This group provides clinical leadership to our services and to wider General Practice.

A mum to two children and a dog, someone who enjoys a good kids film, and eating food, but not preparing it.
