Simon Stockley MBcHB MRCGP FRCGP FIMC (RCS Edin) MRCS

I qualified from Birmingham medical school in 1985 and have been working as a GP locally ever since, and I am a partner at Eaglescliffe Medical Practice. 

I first worked with the Hartlepool & Stockton Health team with a referral management contract and joined as Medical Director in 2017.

Rachel Fiona Roberts​ ​MBcHB MRCGP 

I have been a frontline GP for over 15 years as a Partner in Hartlepool in Havelock Grange Practice a locum GP and as an OOH sessional doctor. I grew up in Norton, Stockton-On-Tees, which is where I currently live; hence I am very interested in what occurs across the whole H&ST (Hartlepool and Stockton) area.

I went to University in Leicester and came back home to the North East and trained on the local vocational training scheme passing MRCGP with merit.

 Since 1999 I’ve been involved with Cleveland LMC, both on the board and as Chair (2006-2009).
I have an understanding and experience of what our local care needs are and the challenges GPs face in delivering consistently high quality patient services. Consequently, I became a director of H&SH to help affect change that would be productive and make a real difference to our working lives, rather than just change for changes sake.

In addition to two children age 7 and 5, we also have  a young dog so most of my free time is spend either at children’s parties or throwing a ball around in a park! 

Simon Neil

I am a Practice Manager working at The Dovecot Surgery in Stockton, where I have been for 3 years.  Prior to that I spent 10 years as Practice Manager at The Headland Medical Centre in Hartlepool. Whilst working in general practice I have worked as the Practice Manager locality leads in both Hartlepool and Stockton for our CCG, and previously Hartlepool PCT.
 
I was born and still live in Hartlepool, and this gives me the knowledge and enthusiasm to want to deliver the best for people across the whole area. I am passionate about trying to improve patient care and experience and believe that by working together across primary care we can achieve this and make improvements that can benefit us all.
 
I am married to Leah who is a community nurse with two boys aged 11 and 5. In my spare time I enjoy playing football, running and going to the gym. 

Fiona Adamson

I joined Hartlepool & Stockton Health in July 2016, initially on a short term basis to help the board to set up new contracts. I have found working in health really rewarding and worthwhile, and so despite vowing never to work full time for another organisation again, here I am! I have enjoyed the challenge of helping to build the team and the services we run, and I'm keen to be involved in the next strategic developments in healthcare locally. I was delighted to be asked to join the board in summer 2017.  

My previous career was spent in banking, most recently running the North of England and East Midlands for Lloyds Banking Group, and then in London as a consultant. I hope that having a different background with commercial, project management, people development, communications and leadership experience enables me to bring a different perspective to the board. 

I moved back up North permanently in 2013, when I got married and had my daughter Francesca, and I live in my hometown of Durham. In my free time I enjoy live music (which is lucky, since my husband is in a band!) and am a keen Middlesbrough supporter/Juninho worshipper.
