Menopause Drop-In CafésOur Menopause Drop-In Cafés provide a relaxed, non-clinical atmosphere where people can discussed their experiences, identify their symptoms, and consider their next steps - whether that's at home, at work, or in a healthcare setting.
Menopause ClinicsOur Menopause Clinics are run as part of our 7 Day Enhanced Access service. Anybody over the age of 45 who is experiencing menopausal symptoms can be booked in to see one of our team members. To request an appointment, please call your GP Practice. Please note, these clinics are currently only available to patients in Stockton-on-Tees. We will be expanding to our Hartlepool and Billingham and Norton sites as soon as possible. |
About Menopause SupportWe know that people experiencing peri-menopause and menopause can often find themselves struggling not just with their symptoms, but also with getting in touch with a healthcare professional who really know what they're talking about. Our menopause services are designed to demystify symptoms, connect people who feel isolated by their experiences, and provide access to specially trained healthcare professionals working with the latest guidelines for treatment. History of Menopause SupportOur Menopause Drop-In Cafés launched at the start of 2023 as a twelve week pilot. The response from the community was incredible, so the pilot was extended to a full service. The development of dedicated Menopause Clinics within our 7 Day Enhanced Access service was always part of the concept for holistic menopause care. They launched in July 2023 for Stockton patients, staffed by a small team of dedicated staff members. |
