Our Clinical Pharmacists work within the wider General Practice team and are responsible for a wide variety of tasks, from helping patients with their medications when they're discharged from hospital and helping people to manage their long-term conditions, like diabetes and asthma, to reviewing medications for patients with complex needs and running clinical audits.

Our Pharmacy Technicians support the Clinical Pharmacists and the wider General Practice team with a mix of patient facing and behind the scenes work. Our team are involved in working with care homes, organising medication reviews, and reducing over-prescribing.
