Being able to put yourself in a patient’s shoes allows you understand his/her feelings and anticipate his/her needs. It’s important for patients and required trait for care coordinator. Of course, a care coordinator is more than just a strong person with useful skills. This professional relieves the elderly or disabled people of their burden and ensures that there are no gaps in service provision. Be grateful to such kind of helping!
